These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DiecastLog ("we," "our," "the site"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use DiecastLog.
You must be at least 13 years old to use DiecastLog. If you are under 18, you may only use the site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and for anything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or abusively, or that have been inactive for an extended period.

You retain ownership of the photos, descriptions, and other content you upload to your collection. By uploading content, you grant DiecastLog a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the site — for example, showing your photos to visitors you've chosen to share your collection with. We don't claim ownership of your content, and we don't use it for anything beyond operating the service.
DiecastLog provides a messaging feature so users can communicate — including, commonly, to discuss buying, selling, or trading items in each other's collections. DiecastLog is not a party to any transaction, agreement, or exchange between users, whether arranged through the messaging feature or otherwise. We don't verify the identity, authenticity, condition, or value of any item discussed between users, don't process or guarantee any payment, and don't mediate disputes arising from a transaction between users. Any such transaction is solely between the users involved, at their own risk.
Any "estimated value" figures you enter for your own collection are your own inputs, not verified or endorsed by DiecastLog. We make no representation about the accuracy of any estimated value, and you shouldn't rely on it for any financial or transactional decision without independent verification.
You may delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, with or without notice, if we believe you've violated these Terms or that your use of the site poses a risk to other users or to the site itself.
DiecastLog is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure, and we don't guarantee the accuracy of any content on the site, including content submitted by other users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DiecastLog and its operator won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including — without limitation — any dispute, loss, or damage arising from a transaction or interaction with another user.
If these Terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
